A circular walk from the Downs to Sea Mills as part of Bristol Walk Fest.

You do not need to book a place on this walk - just turn up at the meeting point and time.

Meeting time 11am and for an 11:15am start.

Meeting point Meet outside Downs Water Tower on Stoke Road, Durdam Down.

Terrain, difficultly and accessibility This is a relatively easy walk but it does involve a short, steep descent and then a steep ascent at the end. The total walking time is 2 hours. The terrain can be slippy and muddy. Not suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.

Toilets There are no public toilets on this route. Plenty of pubs and cafes in Clifton at the start and end.

Cafe/pub No specific stop but there’s plenty of places for afterwards.

Lunch Bring a packed lunch.

Parking On street parking around the Downs. Look out for any parking restrictions.

Public transport Buses 2, 3, and 4 stop just by the start. Or get the train to Clifton Down.
