We’re going to the arboretum for those beautiful autumnal colours!
3.2 miles, 3 hours
You’ll need to book a place on this walk.
We’ve got free passes for our hikers to get in to the Arboretum. Once you’ve booked your place (free or donation), you won’t need to pay anything else to get in to the Arboretum.
We’ll have a photographer with us on this event.
You can come on a walk with the group, or make your own way round (no offence taken!). We’ll go at a relaxed pace. Bring a packed lunch or get something at the cafe.
Meeting time 10:45am, to set off at 11:00am.
Meeting point Meet outside the main entrance to the welcome building (don’t go through the ticket gate - the ticket you book with us is not a ticket for the arboretum).
Difficulty Not too challenging. Mostly flat and paved. Relaxed pace. About 1.5 hours walking time, with a longer stop for lunch.
