An accessible stroll around the Harbourside, with coffee and cake afterwards. More of a chilled social vibe than a big stomp. Perfect for first-timers!

You do not need to book a place on this walk - just turn up at the meeting point and time.

Meeting time 1:15pm, to set off at 1:30pm.

Meeting point Meet at the back of the Arnolfini, where Narrow Quay and Prince Street meet.

Terrain, difficultly and accessibility A flat, paved route, suitable for wheelchairs, buggies and walking aids. There are some bricked/cobbled areas but we can skips these if needed. A short walk comparative to others we offer.

You need to be able to walk/move for 1 hour 15 in total. We will go at a gentle pace with rest stops. You can leave the walk at any point, just let a leader know.

Toilets There are accessible toilets in the Arnolfini at the start and end of the route. There’s a pub halfway with an accessible toilet.

Cafe/pub We’ll go to an accessible cafe at the end - Watershed or outside the Arnolfini (weather dependent).

Lunch There won’t be a lunch stop on this walk.

Parking The Grove Car park, 2 hours £5.40, 3 hours £8.10. We encourage you to use public transport if you can.

Public transport Most buses in and around Bristol go to Bristol City Centre. Or get the train to Temple Meads, it’s about 15 mins walk from there.

Dogs Dogs are welcome but we’re not sure which cafe yet, so can’t guarantee they can go in.

What to wear/bring Bring a snack and water. Wear comfortable shoes, and waterproofs/umbrella if it’s raining. We might sit outside for coffee if the weather is okay, so wrap up warm.
