A long Cotswolds circular walk around Michinhampton and Rodborough commons (they’re top tier commons, we promise).

8 miles, 5.5 hours

You do not need to book a place on this walk - just turn up at the meeting point and time.

Meeting time 10:00am for a 10:15am start.

Meeting point Meet at Butterrow Hill car park.

Terrain, difficultly and accessibility This is more challenging, longer walk. The route has some hills and is a mixture of woodland, field and paved road. It may be muddy if it has been raining.

The total walking time is 4 hours. Not suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.

Toilets There are public toilets in Michinhampton, about a third of the way through.

Cafe/pub We’ll stop at Winstones Ice Cream near the start of the route.

Food Bring a packed lunch and snacks.

Parking There are free car parks near the meeting point. Please consider offering others a lift in the rideshare WhatsApp group.
